Our Background
An individual architectural practice founded in 2010 by Ben Farrer the company grows year on year with an expanding client base. Having spent 4 years at a national house builders while studying at Leeds College of Building, before spending a further 10 years working for an architect practice in York winning a number of awards and commendations, Ben founded the company to expand his desire to bring affordable great designs to the general domain proving good design does not have to be as expensive as some may think. During previous work experiences Ben had first hand knowledge of the trade working with private individuals wanting small domestic extensions through to million pound commercial projects with every variant between, successfully seeing from concept to completion a number of bespoke extension and renovations as well as housing developments for a number of regional developers all with individually designed bespoke house types.
